400 Series

The John Deere 400 Series Self-Propelled Windrowers are designed to meet the demands and productivity requirements of small-grain harvesters and hay growers with large operations and commercial haying operations.

There are three models to choose from: the A400, R450 and D450.

You can bring John Deere Draper performance to your fields with the new D450. Unlike the A400 and R450, this model offers integrated platform controls making it a true draper machine. With 200-hp^ (149 kW) and heavy-duty drives, the D450 has the strength to power a 40-foot (12 m) platform through thick canola and over uneven terrain. Pair a D450 Windrower with any John Deere 600D Draper Platform, and you’ll get a highly productive package.

400 Series Windrowers include:
