Built with the same kind of innovative thinking as its highly popular 30 Series Self-Propelled Sprayer siblings, the 4630 Self-Propelled Sprayer combines versatility, productivity, and affordability in a 2,270 litre sprayer.

The option of either a wide or narrow axle configuration enables this sprayer to fit a wide range of row spacing needs. Coupling a C-channel frame with an air-ride, four-link suspended axle, the 4630 delivers the smooth ride required for long days in the field.

With 2,270 litres (600 gallons) of solution capacity and 24 metres (80 feet) of boom width, the 4630 Sprayer lets you cover 24-40 hectares per hour, all packaged in a comfortable, manoeuvrable package.

4730 Self-Propelled Sprayer

The 4730 Self-Propelled Sprayer is designed for commercial applicators and farmers who require higher application speeds, like a smooth ride, enjoy operator comfort, and prefer ease of use in all cropping situations. The booms can be ordered in 24.3 m (80-ft), 27.4 m (90-ft), or 30.4 m (100-ft) configurations to match cropping systems or operator preference, and can be combined with the optional factory-installed BoomTrac Pro™ boom-leveling system.

The 3,028 L solution tank can be matched with a high-flow or standard-flow solution system to meet application needs in varying conditions. All sprayer functions are also integrated into the GreenStar™ 2 display along with Ag Management Solutions (AMS) for seamless integration and ease of use. All of these combine to make this the most productive 800-gallon sprayer John Deere has ever built.

The 4830 Self-Propelled Sprayer is designed for commercial applicators and farmers who require higher application speeds, like a smooth ride, enjoy operator comfort, and prefer ease of use in all cropping situations. The booms can be ordered in 24.3 m (80-ft), 27.4 m (90-ft), or 30.4 m (100-ft) configurations to match existing sprayer fleets or fit cropping situations. BoomTrac Pro™ automated boom-height control can be ordered on all boom sizes to help reduce the stress of the operator and to help maintain a more consistent spray height.

The 3,785 litre (1,000-gal) solution tank can be ordered with the optional high-flow solution system for applying higher rates at faster spray speeds. The integrated GreenStar™ 2 display provides seamless integration of sprayer functions and Ag Management Solutions (AMS) for easier operation in the field. All of these productivity enhancements still include the reliability and ride of the previous-model John Deere sprayers, while meeting the needs of custom applicators and producers.
