1830 Air Hole Drill
There's nothing that gives a small-grain or oil seed producer more
satisfaction than seeing a newly seeded crop emerging uniformly.
John Deere's 1830 Air Hoe Drill accomplishes just that with its new flex
frame design that encourages uniform seeding depth and a smooth field
finish. This new frame design also provides greater durability and
reliability. Plus, optional convenience features not only increase
productivity, but enhance performance and safety.
Features:
-
Flexing frame.
-
Mechanical depth shims are repeatable and reliable.
-
The new 1830 and 1835 Air Hoe Drills fold to a trim profile for transportation.
-
Delivers uniform seeding depth and a smooth field finish.
-
Can be equipped with TouchSet™ depth control.
-
Available in three- and five-section models.
1835 Separate Fertiliser Placement Air Hoe Drill
Feed and seed in one pass. That's just what the 1835 Separate
Fertiliser Placement Air Hoe Drill was designed to do. The unique
combination of exclusive Separate Fertiliser Placement (SFP) disk
openers and Tru-Position™ seed openers on a new flexible frame deliver
seeding accuracy, fertiliser retention and plenty of opportunity for
additional profit. With beefy reliability built into each 1835, this
investment will be returning dividends for seasons ahead.
-
A narrow, 5-degree operating angle allows the SFP opener to
create a narrow fertiliser trench while minimising soil disturbance and
helping to preserve valuable soil moisture.
-
The Separate Fertiliser Placement openers on the 1835 feature
active hydraulic down-pressure and can be locked-up when not being used.
-
Flexing Frame.
-
The new 1830 and 1835 Air Hoe Drills fold to a trim profile for transportation.
-
Reducing Nitrogen costs with Separate Fertiliser Placement (SFP).
-
Seed safety with Separate Fertiliser Placement (SFP).
1870 Air Hoe Drill
If you're seeding small grains and looking to increase yields, the 1870
featuring Hydraulic Precision Depth Control is just what you need. The
unique design of the 1870 allows for very minimal soil disturbance.
Combining inline and separate, adjustable seed placement with
side-banded fertiliser provides precision depth control and seed and
fertiliser placement.
Features:
-
The 1870 utilises two independent hydraulic accumulators which
allow the seed and fertiliser openers to be set individually of each
other.
-
The Conserva Pak™ openers' compact rigid design does not deflect
in turns – so there’s no need to worry about potential seed and
fertiliser separation while turning left, or placement of seed directly
over fertiliser while turning right. The wide dual-arm truss system
provides lateral strength for the opener, keeping unnecessary stress off
the frame.
-
The V-shape press wheel has 89 mm (3-in.) of girth, which gives
more definition to the 76 mm (3-in.) furrow and ensures 100-percent
seed-to-soil contact.
-
Front castering wheels help stabilise the wing frames and allow the implement to float over uneven ground.
1890 No-Till Air Drill
The John Deere 1890 No-Till Air Drill is a sturdy machine that can seed
into all-till conditions with accurate depth. New to the line-up are
two wider working widths: the 50-ft and 60-ft (15 and 18 m) sizes; both
are five-section tools.
The 90 Series opener provides accurate depth placement from all
openers using individual float and spring pressure andhydraulic down
force across the whole machine. This puts each seed in the ground with
consistent depth and seed-to-soil contact so the crop emerges uniformly
across the field. The emergence accuracy will translate to a great crop
stand and optimum yields. You will enjoy the way the disk slices through
all residue conditions, how the closing wheels conserve moisture, and
how the finish across the field is smooth and even.
Features:
-
Available in 30-ft. to 60-ft. (9 to 18 metre) working widths.
-
For ample stability and flotation, the 1890 is equipped with
four pairs of tyres on the centre frame and single tyres on the wing
frames.
-
Patented active hydraulic down pressure adds up to 1.78 kN of
pressure to openers for consistent performance in all conditions.
-
A three-section drawn flexible frame with over-centre fold for transport.
-
John Deere seeding equipment is compatible with Parallel Tracking™ or AutoTrac™.
1895 Separate Fertiliser Placement (SFP) Air Drill
The 1895 Separate Fertiliser Placement Air Drill is the one-pass solution
for placing seed and fertiliser at a consistent depth across
the field. The 1895 has two ranksof seed openers on 154mm
(10-in.)
spacing, and additionally has a third rank of openers on 508 mm (20-in.)
spacing that's made to put down fertiliser. This front-running
fertiliser opener is referred to as the Separate Fertiliser Placement
opener, or SFP opener. It strategically places the fertiliser mid-way
between every other seed row. This dual-task machine will save time,
labour, fuel, and tractor hours pass, as well as conserve soil moisture by not turning the soil. Most importantly, the fertiliser
is already there when the time comes for the seed to derive its
benefits.
Features:
-
Independent seed and fertiliser down pressure adjustment.
-
Floating hitch allows seeding tool to follow terrain over uneven seedbeds for more accurate seeding.
-
Dual tyres are standard on the mainframe and wings for conditions where additional flotation is needed.
-
Choose from steel (standard) or plastic gauge wheels.
750A Air Drill
Reduce tillage. Seed through residue. Save time and Money.
Get ideal seed placement in any seeding conditions.
The biggest cost savings come when you head into no-till fields
with the 750A Air Drill. You'll seed accurately, without plugging and
you'll save time, fuel, labour and equipment costs by making fewer
passes. Plus, you'll reduce soil erosion and compaction, while
conserving moisture.
But if no-till isn't for you don't worry. The 750A's state-of-the-art opener works in every tillage condition.
Look at the savings. Decide where you plan to take your operation.
And then see your John Deere dealer for one of these innovative seeding
tools.
-
Seed quickly and accurately up to 15 km/h.
-
A field proven single disc opener slices through all types of soil to create the furrow.
-
Depth is gauged exactly where the seed enters the ground. There's no compromise in accuracy.
-
Work wide: 3 metres (with a 1000 litre tank), or 4 metres (1800
litre), or 6 metres (2300 litre tank). Transport width 3 metres.
One Tool. One Pass. Many ways to save.
Save time...reduce erosion...save fuel...conserve moisture...
lower equipment costs... save labour... eliminate tillage passes. If
you're looking to improve your bottom line, the 750A Drill is the drill
you need.
Accurate seeding in a wide range of operating conditions, even in
difficult no-till. A single disc opener slices through rough soil to
form a crisp furrow. "Active" hydraulics help each opener penetrate
evenly, ensuring each opener places seed at the precise depth you want -
even over rolling ground.
Plus, you can seed up to 15 kilometres per hour while maintaining
that accuracy. That allows you to cover big fields in a hurry. And no
tools are needed to adjust seeding depth and pressure on press and
closing wheel of the opener.
The 750A Drill is built tough. A new one-piece frame with a
semi-integral hitch improves stability. Openers are easier to access.
Simple monitoring means you'll know when there's a problem with the
metering system, fan, drive wheel or electrical power, or if you have an
empty hopper. Select tramline rhythms and turn them on or off. There's
even a half width disconnect.
Information functions include: productivity, area worked (field
and total), hours worked, ground and fan speeds, tramline rhythm
selected an hopper reserve.
